Aion 2 Name Generator

Aion 2, NCSoft's sequel to the 2008 MMORPG, launched globally on PC via Steam and NC's Purple launcher in September 2026. A fresh launch means millions of players picking names at the same time, and the obvious ones disappear on the first day. This generator gives you 20 original names that match your faction (Elyos or Asmodian) and class, keeps them to one word with letters only so they are likely to pass the name check, and adds backup spellings of the best one. It is an independent fan tool, not affiliated with NCSoft.

The Elyos live in the light and their names tend to sound open and graceful: soft consonants, long vowels, endings like -iel, -ara or -ion. Asmodians come from a darker, harsher world, so their names often use hard consonants and shorter, sharper syllables: k, z, x, endings like -oth, -ak or -yr. Pick the faction first, then let the class adjust the tone.

Tanks and melee (Gladiator, Templar) suit strong, short names that are easy to call out in group chat. Assassins and Rangers suit quiet, quick names. Sorcerers and Elementalists suit arcane, longer names. Healers and support (Cleric, Chanter) suit warm, memorable names, because the whole party will be typing them.

Don't add numbers or random letters – they look rushed in a guild list. Instead, swap a vowel (Kael → Kail), double or drop a consonant (Seren → Serren), change the ending (Varo → Varon) or try a different server. That is why the generator always adds three alt spellings of the strongest name.
